Review Collection
We collect customer reviews through the Google Merchant Center opt-in review system. After you complete a purchase, you may receive an invitation to share your experience with our products or services. Providing a review is entirely voluntary and optional.
To be eligible to leave a review, you must:
- Have completed a verified purchase with us
- Have a valid email address associated with your order
- Opt-in to receive review invitations
Data Collection and Privacy
When you participate in our review program:
- Your order information and email address are shared with Google Merchant Center to facilitate review collection

Review Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our review system, all reviews must:

By submitting a review, you grant Pluggy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your review for the purposes described above.
Review Removal Requests
If you wish to remove or modify a review you’ve submitted:
- Contact us at support@pluggy.uk with your request
- Provide your order number and the review in question
- Explain the reason for removal or modification
- We will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days
We may deny removal requests if:
- The review is truthful and complies with this Policy
- The removal would violate applicable law or platform policies
- Multiple removal requests appear to be part of a pattern to suppress negative feedback
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Submit honest reviews based on your genuine experience
- Opt-out of review invitations at any time
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
- Report suspected fraudulent reviews to us
Limitation of Liability
Pluggy is not responsible for:
- Accuracy or truthfulness of user-submitted reviews
- Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content in reviews (though we will take action upon discovery)
- Third-party use or reliance on review information
- Actions taken by Google or other third-party platforms regarding reviews
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a review violates this Policy or applicable laws, please report it to us at support@pluggy.uk with details. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Your continued participation in our review program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
